CPF’s policy advocacy initiatives stem from its learning and experience gained from its programmes: Participatory Forest Management and Sustainable Livelihoods. CPF follows implementation of the most appropriate policy, legislation and/or institutional framework and provides feedback to policy makers. It also initiates process of formulation of relevant new policies through stakeholders’ consultations involving community, civil society and concerned authorities.
